Who's behind SeeCFP
A small, free project, run by a few speakers in their spare time, for everyone who has a story to tell on stage.
Why we do this ☕
We owe a lot to the tech community. Meetups where a stranger patiently answered our questions. Hallway conversations that changed the way we work. Open-source maintainers whose code we stood on. And the people who nudged us to submit that very first talk, then cheered from the front row.
SeeCFP is our way of saying thank you. Every week we gather calls for papers from conferences around the world, check them before they go live, and share them with you. No ads, no tracking cookies. Browsing the catalog, the weekly digest and submitting a CFP are free, and they will stay free.

The people

Tim Bourguignon
Founder & maintainer
Tim started SeeCFP in 2018 to stop missing call-for-papers deadlines, and has kept it running ever since.
Born and raised in France, he lives in Germany. After years as a developer he moved into engineering leadership and is VP of Engineering at WeMaintain. He hosts the Software Developer's Journey podcast, speaks internationally and is an outspoken mentoring advocate.
Rob Richardson

Rob is a software craftsman building web applications with ASP.NET, Node, React and Vue. He is a Microsoft MVP and Docker Captain.
Based in Provo, Utah, he speaks at conferences, user groups and community events, and is passionate about teaching and quality software.
Hristiyan Pehlivanov

Hristiyan has been part of SeeCFP since its early days and contributes to the tools behind the catalog, most recently to the back office that curates every CFP before it goes live.
